Partnership & Commercial Disclosure
The commercial terms of the Grand HMS territory partnership, stated in one place so nothing important is only visible after a form. Where a figure depends on the agreement, this says so instead of rounding it into a promise.
Last updated:
What is being offered
The right to represent Grand HMS commercially inside a defined territory — a city, several cities, or a region, named in writing in the agreement: to approach hotels in that territory, present the platform, help them register and go live, and hold the local relationship, for the duration of a written agreement.
There is no country exclusivity
This is the term most likely to be misread, so it is stated before the money. The partnership does not grant exclusivity over a country. Grand HMS may operate directly, or appoint other partners, anywhere outside the partner’s defined territory — including elsewhere in the same country.
What is protected is the territory itself. Territories do not overlap, no second partner is appointed inside an existing partner’s boundaries for the term of the agreement, and the boundaries are written down rather than described.
The term
Two years maximum, in writing. The agreement does not extend itself once that term ends: continuing requires a new agreement signed by both parties, and that depends on performance, standing under the agreement, quality of service, and the renewal terms set out in it. Revenue participation is tied to the contract, and there is no lifetime revenue entitlement.
Commitments inside the term
Two commitments run from the date of signature. First: the chosen model stands for at least six months. A partner who starts as Territory Partner does not move to Premium Partner before that period ends, and the same applies in reverse; after six months, a switch is considered at renewal. Second: at least ten hotels registered within the first thirty days.
Those first thirty days also carry training and onboarding from Grand HMS. Failing either commitment affects standing and renewal as set out in the signed agreement.
What the partner pays
One of two models. The Territory Partner model carries a partner fee of $690 per month — or no monthly partner fee where the territory is in Turkey, Spain or Great Britain. The Premium Partner model carries a partner fee of $1,397 per month and includes a named personal coach, Hossein Alghalibi: two 45-minute sessions a month for the first six months. There is no setup fee in either model.
Which fee applies is decided by the country the territory is in, not by where the partner lives.
The partner fee, where one applies, is a separate obligation from the revenue share below. It does not change with the number of hotels activated and is not deducted from anything other than the partner’s own revenue.
Payment before the onboarding call
The first payment is taken before the onboarding call: the first month of the chosen model, or — for Territory Partner where the territory is in Turkey, Spain or Great Britain — a refundable deposit of $99. It reserves the territory for review and starts onboarding: the live training and certificate track and, on Premium Partner, the personal coach. It is a single charge. Recurring monthly billing begins only when the partnership agreement is signed.
Refunds. The first month is refunded in full if the territory turns out to be unavailable; it is not refunded if the partner decides not to continue after the call. The $99 deposit is refunded in full when the agreement is signed, if the territory turns out to be unavailable, or if the partner withdraws before signing.
The price, what the payment covers, when billing recurs and the refund rule are shown on the page before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe.
The revenue share
The partner receives a share of Grand-qualified revenue produced by hotels properly attributed to them: 20% under the Territory Partner model, and 90% under the Premium Partner model, as reflected in the applicable agreement.
Grand-qualified revenue means the amounts Grand HMS actually receives and retains from an attributed hotel, excluding refunds, chargebacks, taxes collected on behalf of an authority, and any other amounts expressly excluded in the final agreement. It is not the hotel’s booking value and it is not the hotel’s own revenue.
What Grand HMS earns from a hotel depends on the plan that hotel chooses: a fixed subscription of $250, $500 or $1,000 per month, or a performance plan under which Grand HMS receives 18% of the booking revenue attributed to it. The revenue an individual partner actually receives depends on how many hotels they activate, on which plans, how long those hotels stay active, and on the attribution rules in the agreement — none of which this document, or any page on this site, predicts.
Attribution
A hotel must be registered or submitted through the approved partner process for the relationship to be attributed correctly, and the attribution must be documented in Grand HMS systems or other approved records. Where two parties claim the same hotel relationship, Grand HMS may apply its attribution rules and the available evidence to determine which of them it belongs to.
Performance expectations
The Premium Partner model carries an operating target of 10 activated hotels per month, with a cumulative minimum of 50 activated hotels over the first six months. The minimum is cumulative rather than monthly. An activated hotel means one that has completed registration and verification, supplied the required commercial and operational information, completed onboarding, and been made genuinely ready to use or receive Grand HMS services. Incomplete, duplicate or non-operational registrations do not count.

No income guarantee
Nothing offered here is a guaranteed income, a projected return, or a passive one. Grand HMS does not guarantee any specific number of hotels, bookings, calls, visitors, revenue, search ranking or marketing outcome. This is a business the partner has to build: the hotels do not sign on their own, and the outcome depends on the market, the pricing, and the work the partner puts in. Any figure produced by the calculator on the partner page is arithmetic on the inputs you chose and is labelled as illustrative. The figure at the top of the partner page is arithmetic too — how many active hotels on a published hotel plan and the Premium Partner model it would take — and is labelled as an illustration, not a forecast.
Applying does not reserve a territory; payment reserves it for review
Completing the check and registering starts a process. It does not reserve a territory or create any legal right to one. Paying for a model reserves the territory for review while its boundaries and availability are confirmed on the onboarding call. Territory protection under the agreement begins with a signed agreement, and not before; until a territory is reserved or signed for, it remains open to anyone, including other applicants.
How a territory is reviewed
When a serious application names a territory, that territory enters a review window while its boundaries, its market and the demand on it are assessed. The window is recorded with a start and an expiry, it is visible only to the applicant whose application opened it, and it lapses on its own if the discussion does not progress. It is a review period, not a reservation, and it confers no right to the territory.
Country status shown on this site
The status shown against a country describes demand on that country, not exclusivity over it. A country with active partners still has open territories inside it. No country is presented as taken, contested or scarce without a record behind it, and no status shown here closes a country to new partners in territories that are free.
Availability of features and services
Marketing visibility, distribution, integrations, AI functionality, payment support and technical support are subject to availability, technical requirements, third-party provider terms, and the current capabilities of Grand HMS. Grand HMS may change product features, integrations, packages, prices and commercial terms for future purchases or renewals.
The agreement governs
This document summarises commercial terms for the sake of transparency before an application. It does not replace, extend or vary the partnership agreement. Where the two differ, the signed agreement is what applies.
