What this site is
This website describes Grand HMS and the territory partnership opportunity around it, and lets you apply to be considered for a territory. It is published by Romoz Business Sweden.
This is not an offer to contract
Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and submitting the application form does not create an agreement, reserve a territory, or oblige either side to anything. A partnership begins only when both parties have signed a written agreement.
Figures and examples
The economics section lets you multiply a subscription band by a number of hotels. That is a calculator, not a forecast: it shows what the numbers you entered add up to, and it is labelled as illustrative wherever it appears. Nothing on this site is a projection, a guarantee, or investment advice.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and correct it when it is wrong. Prices, terms and platform capabilities can change; the version that binds anyone is the one in a signed agreement, not the one on a page you read some months earlier.
Content and trademarks
The text, design, screenshots and marks on this site belong to Romoz Business Sweden unless stated otherwise. You may read, quote and link to them; you may not republish them as your own or use the marks to represent yourself as an authorised partner without a signed agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not submit an application in someone else’s name.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We are responsible for what the law makes us responsible for, and we do not accept liability for decisions taken purely on the basis of a marketing page — which is exactly why the presentation, the financial model and the agreement are all shown before anyone is asked to pay.
Governing law
Swedish law applies, and Swedish courts have jurisdiction.
